The Flop-Over Guide Kit consisting of special hub, snap ring, and bearings to modify the standard stationary guide arm to let it rotate around the shaft hub.  Ideal for stationary overhead reels that require a back and forth payout parallel with the spool flanges. Fits 1400 Series reels only with 3 inch drum.
