Cable Reel, Spring, Pivot Base (345 degrees max)

 The Pivot Base allows the cable reel to pivot back and forth up to 345 degrees to allow alternating directions of cable payout.   If the cable is to be paid out at more than 15 degrees away from parallel with the spool flanges, a pivot base should be used.  The XA-PVB Pivot Base works on either 1200 or 1400 Series reels.
