Systems over 390 ft (118.9 meters) long require Expansion Sections to compensate for thermal expansion.  By using the right number of expansions, "snaking" - a system that has lost its straight alignment - can be avoided.  These are ordered based on the capacity of the bar and type of insulating cover.
